A dealership in Silver Spring, Maryland, believes that the 2023 Dodge Challenger SRT Demon they have in stock is worth a jaw-dropping $386,321. As per a window sticker shared on social media, this muscle car carries an outrageous $250,000 markup above the $133,131 MSRP, placing it firmly in Ferrari pricing territory.
The blue 2023 Dodge Challenger SRT Demon 170, as seen in the picture, is currently available for sale at the DARCARS Group dealership in Silver Spring. While the dealer’s listing page provides detailed specifications for the model, it doesn’t mention the price at all, whether it’s the MSRP or any markup.

As reported by The Drive, the window sticker of the Challenger was uploaded on Reddit, causing a backslash in the comments section. Despite being mistakenly referred to as an SRT Hellcat Redeye, the VIN number matches that of the SRT Demon 170 on DARCARS’ website.
In addition to the astounding $250,000 market adjustment, the asking price encompasses the $133,131 MSRP, a $2,495 dealer’s assurance fee (…sic), a $500 dealer processing charge, and an additional $195 for the wheel locks.
The SRT Demon 170 is undoubtedly one of the most sought-after performance-focused muscle cars of our time, with the potential to become a future collector’s gem. However, despite its impressive 1,025 hp, nobody anticipates shelling out supercar-level cash for a Challenger.
A similar example in red with delivery mileage is currently available through Mecum Auctions in Las Vegas where it is expected to fetch much significantly higher price than the original $96,666 MSRP. Considering that Dodge has produced a total of 3,300 units of the Demon 170, it’s likely that more of these will become available for sale in the future.
