Fiat introduced the redesigned 500e in 2020, but it hasn’t been launched in the United States. However, you can buy one on December 7 as part of the festivities surrounding Art Basel Miami Beach.
That being said, it won’t be your typical run-of-the-mill model as Fiat is auctioning “three bespoke vehicles designed in collaboration with iconic Italian brands Armani, Bvlgari and Kartell.”
While the company didn’t go into specifics, the cars appear to be concepts that were originally introduced over three years ago. They then made their U.S. debut at the 2022 Los Angeles Auto Show and we’ve encountered them numerous times in the past year.

The cars are supposed to be listed on de-PURY, but that hasn’t happened as of this writing. While that’s unfortunate, the concepts are hardly a secret as the Armani 500e features a two-tone exterior with micro-chevron engraving and a soft top with a “GA” logo.
The 500e Kartell concept sports an eye-catching blue exterior, while Bvlgari’s concept features a pearlescent paint job. The latter model also has a colorful interior with three semi-precious stones.
Fiat CEO Olivier Francois said, “It is rare for an automaker to combine efforts with the most iconic Italian brands of three different sectors, fashion design, furniture design and luxury, to create something truly unique that combines art with an earth-friendly message, making the cars available through auction is even more unusual.” He added the “special builds set the stage for Fiat’s sustainable mission and create momentum as we approach the arrival of the all-electric Fiat 500e in North America.”
While the company said a lot without saying much of anything, proceeds will benefit an “environmentally-focused nonprofit” which will be named at a later date.
