Volvo has confirmed pricing details for its complete range of 2024 models in the United States. For the most part, not much has changed within Volvo’s range but customers can now order the refreshed C40 and XC40 Recharge models, both of which benefit from a series of welcome upgrades.
The Swedish brand announced the updated C40 Recharge and XC40 Recharge earlier this year. In the case of the C40 Recharge, the most compelling addition to the family is the Single Motor Extended Range RWD version offered in Core ($53,600), Plus ($55,400), and Ultimate ($58,800) configurations. All these rear-wheel drive models have an electric motor with 248 hp that’s fed by an 82 kWh battery pack that supports 200 kW DC fast charging. Additionally, C40 Recharge RWD models can drive 297 miles (478 km) between charges.

Volvo also sells the 2024 C40 Recharge in AWD Core ($55,350), AWD Plus ($57,150), and AWD Ultimate ($60,550) forms. These models rock a 147 hp electric motor up front, a 255 hp motor at the rear, and have a 78 kWh battery boasting 257 miles (414 km) of range.
Then we have the 2024 XC40 Recharge. It too starts out in Single Motor Extended Range RWD guise in Core ($52,450), Plus ($55,400), and Ultimate ($58,800) configurations and has the same 248 hp motor and 82 kWh battery pack. Its less aerodynamic design has seen its range drop to 293 miles (472 km). The 2024 XC40 Recharge can also be purchased in Twin Motor AWD Core guise for $55,350, Plus for $57,150, and in Ultimate configuration for $60,550. All three versions boast the same 402 hp combined as the C40 Recharge AWD and have an EPA-estimated range of 254 miles (409 km).
The rest of the 2024 model year range remains familiar. Volvo’s most affordable model in the U.S. is the XC40 B5 AWD which starts at $40,100 and the combustion XC40 range tops out at $48,800. Those wanting a sedan can pick up the S60 for between $42,000 and $58,550 or the S90 from $57,700 to $71,200 while the V60 is offered for as little as $54,800 and as much as $71,250. Other models include the XC60 priced between $46,450 and $75,520, the V90 Cross Country available from $59,150 and topping out at $64,750, and the XC90 priced from $56,000 and topping out at $80,100.
Those not tempted by any of Volvo’s 2024 EV offerings will have to wait until the 2025MY when the long-awaited EX30 hits local shores.
