We can’t imagine that many Rolls-Royce buyers would consider themselves as bargain hunters but thanks to a new incentive introduced by the British marque, they could soon walk away with a very good deal on a new vehicle.
Rolls-Royce recently sent out a bulletin to its dealerships at the start of the week, confirming that the 2023 Ghost and Cullinan are now available with $15,000 in ‘Non-FS/Regional Rate Cash.’ Cars Direct believes this is likely a dealer cash incentive as opposed to the rebate and as a result, there’s no guarantee that all dealers will pass on the incentive to all buyers.
The carmaker confirmed in the bulletin that the offer has been introduced “to stimulate sales and to promote all aging units to be retailed by the end of March 2024.” It added the deal will run through until March 31, 2024.
Those vehicles eligible for the $15,000 discount include the Cullinan, Cullinan Black Badge, Ghost, Ghost Extended, and Ghost Black Badge.

While $15,000 sounds like a lot of money, it’s not all that much in the world of new Rolls-Royce models. Indeed, the Ghost starts at around $350,000 while the Cullinan kicks off at roughly $390,000, so the discount only represents around a 4% discount.
Roughly four weeks ago, Rolls-Royce was spied testing a facelifted version of the Cullinan, so it makes sense why it wants to shift as many units of the outgoing model as it can. An undisguised prototype of this new model was snapped with a thoroughly revised front fascia that includes a new fascia with more angular intakes and a slightly smaller Pantheon grille. The brand’s designers have also crafted new LED headlights for the opulent SUV and we expect to see the new model launched either later this year or in early 2025.
