China is ready to welcome the Year of the Dragon on February 10, and eight people will soon have a luxurious SUV to match this noteworthy event. We’re talking about the 2024 Range Rover The Dragon Edition by UK-based tuner Overfinch, a special edition of the luxury SUV celebrating the new lunar year with several bespoke features.
The latest Range Rover by Overfinch follows the example of Rolls-Royce which recently revealed a Cullinan and three Phantoms themed after the Chinese Dragon.
The exterior boasts carbon fiber garnish for the bumper intakes, grille, and side gills, combined with aerodynamic extensions for the bumpers and side skirts. The SUV rides on the new 24-inch Overfinch Vortex wheels featuring a hypnotizing design and dragon emblems on the self-leveling center caps.

Moving inside, generously sized Chinese Dragon graphics can be found on the re-upholstered seats, dashboard, gear selector, and center console. Furthermore, the “Dragon Edition 1/8” numbered plaques on the base of the center console and the illuminated side sills communicate the exclusivity of the model.
Of course, each owner will be able to choose the color of their preference for the leather upholstery and the veneers. The pictured specification combines red and ebony shades for the upholstery of the rear and front seats respectively.
The Dragon Edition can be based on the 2024 Ranger Rover SV and Autobiography trims, and doesn’t include any performance modifications. Overfinch will produce only eight examples of the model, with a price tag of $250,000 each. While the modified SUV will certainly be more appealing to Chinese buyers, build slots are available for global Overfinch customers.
