Automotive-themed luxury residences have exploded in popularity as we’ve already seen projects involving Aston Martin, Bentley, Mercedes, and Lamborghini. They’re now being joined by Pagani, which has teamed up with Riviera Horizons for an exclusive tower in North Bay Village, Florida.
Known as the Pagani Residences, the project is being billed as a “boutique luxury residential building with interiors designed by Pagani Arte.” The 28-story tower will be home to 70 all-corner residences with two to four bedrooms. They’ll range in size from 2,000 to more than 3,300 square feet (186 to 307 square meters).
There will only be four residences per floor and they’ll have expansive outdoor terraces that measure up to 1,040 square feet (97 square meters). The companies also said each residence will be “entirely customized” and fully finished with 11-foot (3.3-meter) ceilings.
Buyers can also opt for exclusive penthouses that span at least 6,900 square feet (641 square meters) and offer up to 4,400 square feet (409 square meters) of outdoor living space. It also sounds like some penthouses will have private pools and 13-foot (4-meter) ceilings.
While several questions remain, interiors will be “inspired by Leonardo da Vinci’s principles of Art and Science.” They promise to “combine a refined aesthetic with cutting-edge technology, a testimony to the artistry created by Pagani Arte.”
That’s not much to go on, but the Pagani Residences will have a 240-foot (73-meter) waterfront boardwalk, private boat slips, valet parking, and 24/7 security. The building will also have a pet spa and private garages available for purchase.
The list of amenities doesn’t end there as the building will have a private lounge on the eighth floor that houses a library and media room. The 27th floor will be home to a state-of-the-art fitness center, spa, yoga studio, and “restorative wellness lounge.” One floor above is the rooftop pool and sky lounge, which offers stunning 360-degree views of the Atlantic Ocean and Biscayne Bay.

Residences start at $2.4 million and the project is slated to be complete in 2027. That’s a ways off, but Horacio Pagani said “Our aspiration is for residence owners to evoke the same exhilaration and excitement that our auto enthusiasts and owners experience every time they get behind the wheel of their Pagani hypercar.” He added the project will be an “exciting blend of Pagani’s bespoke design approach with the finest materials, and the vibrant allure of Miami’s beauty and dynamic energy.”
