Review: The 2025 Ram 1500 Rebel Adds Straight-Six Turbo Power And Playfulness
Given that it costs nearly $10,000 less than the Ram 1500 Rebel, it’s not surprising to learn the truck has a restrained design. That being said, the Warlock sports a black grille with matching “RAM” badging. They’re joined by black 18-inch wheels and powder-coated bumpers.
Rounding out the highlights are LED headlights, tow hooks, and a dual exhaust system with black tips. Customers can also get Warlock decals for the hood and bed.

Moving inside, drivers will find a 7-inch cluster display as well as an 8.4-inch infotainment system. The truck also has a leather-wrapped steering wheel, black cloth seats, and an auto-dimming rearview mirror. They’re joined by LED bed lighting, second-row in-floor storage, and a remote start system. Other highlights include adaptive cruise control, lane keep assist, and blind spot detection.
The upgrades extend beyond styling and equipment as the Warlock has Bilstein shocks and a 1-inch (25 mm) lift. The model also has skid plates and an electronic locking rear differential.
Customers looking for something more unique can opt for the Ram 1500 Rebel X. It builds on the standard model and celebrates the 10th anniversary of the off-road trim.
The special edition comes with the Rebel Level 2 Equipment Group, which includes a power tailgate, a dual-pane sunroof, and a 14.5-inch Uconnect 5 infotainment system. Other highlights include a heated steering wheel, heated front and rear seats, and a 19-speaker Harman Kardon premium audio system.
Besides additional equipment, the Rebel X comes with a handful of exclusive features including Rough Road Cruise Control. It’s an off-road focused cruise control system and Ram said it “reads the terrain ahead of the truck hundreds of times per second to adjust [the] suspension and add or remove weight to the steering wheel.”
Buyers will also find a console-mounted shifter as well as leather front seats with X logos and red accents. They’re joined by a center console badge that marks a decade of the Rebel. If that’s not special enough, customers can get an exclusive Mojave Sand paint job.

Power comes from a twin-turbo 3.0-liter straight-six developing 420 hp (313 kW / 426 PS) and 469 lb-ft (635 Nm) of torque. It’s connected to an eight-speed automatic transmission and a standard four-wheel drive system.
Ram didn’t mention pricing, but the standard 1500 Rebel starts at $64,195 before a $1,995 destination fee.
