- Leasing the Lucid Air Grand Touring for $604 per month requires a $6,250 downpayment.
- Grand Touring models in Lucid’s range are available for under $120,000.
- These deals make the Air cheaper to lease than a BMW 2-Series Gran Coupe ($658 excluding taxes and fees).
If you reside in the U.S. and are in the market for leasing a luxurious and fast electric sedan, a new deal uncovered for the 2023 Lucid Air might just be worth your attention.
As we recently revealed in a separate post for Lucid, the 2023 Air Grand Touring, with a $135,750 MSRP, is available with a $15,000 Air Credit and a $9,650 Pro Credit. Additionally, the EV is eligible for a $7,500 tax credit when leased. Buyers of the Grand Touring version can also receive a $5,000 bonus, and if they’ve been referred by another Lucid owner, they can get a $1,250 discount.

Plugging these details into Lucid’s online payment calculator reveals that you might be able to lease an Air Grand Touring for just $604 per month for 18 months, with up to 10,000 miles per year. However, despite a Lucid representative telling Cars Direct that this deal is a zero-down lease, it doesn’t appear to be the case
Lucid’s payment calculator indicates a downpayment of $6,250 is needed. It also lists $1,197 in registration and fees, and $3,648 in up-front tax, meaning $11,199 will be due at delivery including the first month’s payment. That’s a hefty sum but probably chump change for someone in the market for a Lucid Air and still makes this a tempting deal.
The Lucid Air Grand Touring sits at the top of the standard Air range, excluding the Tesla Model S Plaid-rivaling Air Sapphire. While it typically carries a $135,750 MSRP, examples can be found in Lucid’s current inventory for less than $120,000. It comes standard with dual-electric motors producing 819 hp and can reach 60 mph (96 km/h) in just 3 seconds. Additionally, the Air Grand Touring boasts an impressive range of 516 miles (830 km) on a single charge.
Lucid is likely looking to shift as many 2023 Air Grand Touring models as it can given that it has already announced the 2024 model.
