- The classic station wagons are powered by either a 2.0-liter or 2.3-liter four-cylinder, depending on spec.

- Each one of the Ford Pintos carries a $16,000 asking price.
Facebook Marketplace is filled with all kinds of weird and intriguing listings and this is one of the more interesting we’ve seen. The listing is for not one, not two, and not even three classic Ford Pinto wagons but six (even though we counted seven in the provided photo), all of which are looking for new homes.
This listing on Facebook (see it here) was posted more than a year ago in Hacienda Heights, California but only recently came to our attention after being shared by Barn Finds. Like most other Marketplace listings, the seller hasn’t provided all that many details about the six cars but they are all thought to be 1973 and 1974 models.

The seller says that half of the six cars are running and driving but fails to mention which of them or if any require mechanical repairs or servicing. Making the cars all the more intriguing is that they are all painted in the same shade of Medium Yellow Gold which was quite a popular color back in the 1970s.

Given that no detailed history about any of the cars has been provided, it’s impossible to say how they have been driven, cared for, or stored in the past. What’s clear is that all six could benefit from comprehensive details as they have all lost their shine and look rather sad and outdated. All of them appear to be virtually identical and combine the yellow paint with chrome accents, including the bumpers, wheels, and wing mirrors.
No details have been provided about the engines of the collection but being 1973 and 1974 models, they will either have 2.0-liter or 2.3-liter inline-four engine, the first of which produced 86 hp when new.
We have sent the seller a message seeking additional details about the six Pintos and to see how many of them remain up for sale. Interested buyers should know they probably won’t pick up a bargain as the seller wants $16,000 for each car.
