Genesis introduced the facelifted GV80 last fall and now the company has announced U.S. pricing will begin at $57,700. That’s the same price as its predecessor, despite having a host of improvements.

While the crossover looks instantly recognizable, it wears a revised grille and a new front bumper with larger intakes. They’re joined by an updated rear end, a hidden exhaust, and restyled wheels. Buyers will also find new Storr Green and Storr Green Matte paint jobs.

The changes continue inside as there’s a new dashboard that is topped by a 27-inch OLED display, which combines a digital instrument cluster with an infotainment system. Elsewhere, the GV80 has been equipped with a new center console that features larger cup holders and a “crystal-like” shifter. Buyers will also find revised switchgear, an updated wireless smartphone charger, and a handful of new interior colors. The latter include Smoky Green / Vanilla Beige, Ultramarine Blue / Glacier White, Smoky Green / Earth Brown, and Slate Gray / Bordeaux Brown.

Genesis went on to note the entry-level GV80 2.5T Standard has new features including a fingerprint authentication system, USB-C charging ports, and support for over-the-air updates. Buyers will also find an upgraded braking system, which features four-piston fixed monobloc front brake calipers.

Besides the styling and equipment changes, the model has a hands-free power liftgate and 19-inch alloy wheels. They’re joined by heated leatherette front seats, gloss black trim, and a dual-zone automatic climate control system. Other niceties include a power steering wheel and a 12-speaker audio system.

Buyers will also find a host of standard driver assistance systems including Smart Cruise Control, Highway Driving Assist, Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist, and Lane Keeping Assist. Other safety features include Blind-Spot Collision-Avoidance Assist, Rear Cross-Traffic Collision-Avoidance Assist, Safe Exit Assist, High Beam Assist, and Intelligent Speed Limit Assist.

A turbocharged 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine comes standard and produces 300 hp (224 kW / 304 PS) and 311 lb-ft (421 Nm) of torque. Customers can also get a twin-turbo 3.5-liter V6 with 375 hp (280 kW / 380 PS) and 391 lb-ft (530 Nm) of torque. However, you’ll have to shell out at least $73,800 to get it.

The 2025 GV80 will arrive at dealerships in the coming weeks, although the two cheapest trims won’t arrive until this summer.
