- Tesla Cybertruck flew straight over a roundabout in Snoqualmie, WA
- Rampage knocked over signs and left debris, including parts from the Cybertruck, all over the road
- A civilian later spotted the truck, alerted the police, and the driver was arrested for DUI and hit-and-run
The Tesla Cybertruck can withstand bullets, but it’s no match for a Washington state roundabout, at least not when the driver has had one drink too many.
Police in Snoqualmie, east of Seattle, were called out to a roundabout where they found a trail of destruction caused by a vehicle plowing straight over the top of the traffic circle and right through the neatly planted hedges and flowers at its center.

There was no sign of the wannabee tank, but besides knocking over several road signs, it had left debris all over the road, including several truck parts. And cops appear to have used those parts to work out that they were hunting a Cybertruck.
“Are you missing pieces from your Cybertruck after doing some light monstertrucking (yes, it’s a thing) through the Tokul Roundabout??” Snoqualmie Police Department wrote in a social media posting.
“We have your missing parts and so very many questions. Please reach out to the SnoPo.”
An hour passed and the driver had failed to contact police, but an eagle-eyed member of the public did and was able to give cops the location of the injured truck.
“SnoPo responded to the 4800 block of SE Tokul Rd and found the truck heavily damaged,” cops wrote in an update to their original post. “The driver was arrested for DUI, and Hit and Run.”
Although police describe the Tesla as “heavily damaged” there are no pictures of the truck and no information revealing exactly how badly damaged it was as a result of the accident. We imagine it will be off the road for some time while it’s repaired, but since the driver is dealing with a DUI and Hit and Run, it’s not like he’s going to be rushing back behind the wheel any time soon.
The driver’s identity hasn’t been disclosed, but Snoqualmie PD did add a comment under its post stating that the owner of this Cybertruck “isn’t one of the Snoqualmie/North Bend Cybertruck Club members.”
