A 2014 Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport Vitesse with more than $408,000 worth of options will be auctioned off by RM Sotheby’s next week. The French hypercar is expected to sell for between $2.55 million and $3.2 million.

Bugatti only ever built 92 Grand Sport Vitesse models, and this is the 46th example. It is thought to have originally been built for the Japanese market, but the order fell through, and it was shipped to HR Owen in London, who wasted no time in selling it to its first owner.

While each and every Veyron Grand Sport Vitesse is special, this one is particularly eye-catching as the exterior is finished in a combination of blue and black carbon fiber. This carbon fiber finish was part of a €375,500 (~$408,000) option pack that also included blue brake calipers, a powder-coated engine cover, black nanocoated magnesium components, and quilted seats.

The interior is also striking. The seats, lower dashboard, door panels, and headliner are bathed in Tangerine orange leather. Embroidered headrests are also featured as is carbon fiber on the center console and Alcantara on the steering wheel.

RM Sotheby’s says the car was acquired by the current vendor in 2017 and fitted with a QuickSilver titanium exhaust system. The carbon fiber finish has also been wrapped in a paint protection film and the car had a ~$34,000 service carried out in April.

All-Carbon Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport Vitesse Is A $3 Million Art Piece

Like all other Veyron Grand Sport Vitesse models, the car is powered by an 8.0-liter quad-turbocharged W16 with 1,183 hp and 1,106 lb-ft (1,500 Nm) of torque. In 2013, the ultimate droptop Veyron hit a top speed of 254.04 mph (408.7 km/h) at the Ehra Lessien testing facility, setting a new convertible production car top speed record. This Bugatti has been driven just 4,085 km (2,538 miles) from new.
