- The driver lost control while speeding around a left-hand curve and slammed into a black sedan.
- Extensive damage has been done to the Lamborghini, the sedan, and a large box truck.
- The crash highlights the importance of driving a supercar with proper skill and caution.
All car enthusiasts would like to believe they have the skills needed to drive a high-powered supercar, but like most things, driving a supercar quickly and safely requires practice. Unfortunately, the driver of this Lamborghini Huracan Spyder in the US learned this lesson the hard way — by crashing the car.
Footage of the crash was filmed by someone riding shotgun in the mid-engined supercar and shared on social media. It’s immediately obvious the driver doesn’t know what he’s doing. After pulling away, he bangs the car into the rev limiter in first gear, seemingly unaware that he needed to use the right paddle shifter to change gear.

Moments later, as he accelerates into a left-hand curve, the driver of the Lamborghini Huracan Spyder encounters a challenge. The Huracan is known for its tendency to understeer, demanding finesse to navigate curves at high speeds. Lacking this finesse, the driver repeatedly presses the throttle during the turn, unsettling the car. Ultimately, he loses control, causing the rear-end to slam into a roadside wall.
Immediately afterward, the Lamborghini slams into a parked sedan and a parked truck. The driver is then seen limping and clenching his fists in pain and shock. The damage is extensive. If the car was indeed a rental, as suggested by some Redditors, the driver might soon find himself pleading with his bank for a loan to cover the insurance excess.

The front of the Huracan has been crushed, the windshield smashed, and both the front airbags deployed. The front and rear ends of the black sedan have also been badly damaged, as has the truck’s rear that the Lamborghini hit.
While the crash is bad, it could have been much worse if the supercar directly hit the large box truck from the rear as it could have slid under the rear, putting the driver and his passenger in even more danger.
