• The Autoid TR87 package for the BMW M2 is limited to just 10 units.
  • It features a carbon-fiber bodykit, lowered suspension, and a louder exhaust.
  • The engine tune helps shave 0.7 seconds off the M2’s 0-62 mph (100 km/h) time.

The BMW G87 M2 has just been graced with Autoid’s impressive tuning package, but don’t dawdle—only 10 units are being made. The TR87 Edition features a carbon fiber bodykit, an upgraded exhaust system, and an optional handling package, all promising an improved driving experience.

Starting with the exterior, Autoid’s latest TRE bodykit evolution for the BMW G87 M2 looks more aggressive than ever. It features a bold splitter, reworked cooling intakes, sharper side skirts, a larger rear diffuser, and an adjustable rear wing. Optional rear bumper winglets and vented front fenders complete the package.

The company claims the components use the same pre-preg carbon fiber found in BMW M Performance parts, guaranteeing top-notch quality and an OEM finish. While inspired by the F87 M2 CS, the design doesn’t alter the G87’s already polarizing lines.

The UK-based tuner points out that the aero components are not only for show, as they generate up to 108 kg (238 pounds) of downforce at 120 mph (193 km/h), evenly split between the front and rear axles.

The TR87 package also features an M Performance Height Adjustable Suspension kit, lowering the M2’s stance. Additionally, the Milltek Sport OPF-back exhaust system enhances the sound while boosting power and torque—though the exact gains remain undisclosed.

For those aiming to optimize their BMW M2, the optional Handling Package should be on their list. It includes MSS Hybrid adjustable springs, Moton Uniball control arm bushes, Hardrace rear toe arms, Milway adjustable camber plates, Fast Road Geo Set Up wheel alignment, and a set of Yokohama AD09 tires. Additionally, a CSL Map fine-tunes the software for the automatic gearbox, steering, handling, differential, and suspension.

Autoid didn’t specify what changes were made to the twin-turbo 3.0-liter inline-six engine, but says it now makes 562 hp (419 kW / 570 hp) and 665 Nm (490 lb-ft) of torque. For comparison, the stock model makes 453 hp (338 kW / 460 PS), or 473 hp (353 kW / 480 PS) after the 2025 MY factory upgrades.

According to the tuner, the modified M2 completes the 0-100 km/h (62 mph) sprint in 3.2 seconds, shaving 0.7 seconds off the stock time.

The TR87 Package from Autoid costs £12,999 ($16,660), with the optional Handling Package adding £4,450 ($5,703), bringing the total to £17,449 ($22,370) over the BMW M2’s base price. Custom HRE 521 forged 20-inch wheels on the display car add £10,000 ($12,849), and the vented front fenders are an additional £2,499 ($3,210).
