Alpina introduced a slightly upgraded XB7 version bearing the Manufaktur label. The performance SUV gains new wheels, more leather inside the cabin, and a wider choice of personalization options for the 2025 model year.
The BMW Alpina XB7 has been around since 2020, although it received an extensive facelift in 2022. The 2025 BMW Alpina XB7 Manufaktur is based on the latter, but the extra features make it more appealing to luxury SUV buyers.

Exterior updates are limited to a new set of 23-inch Alpina Classic forged wheels with an Aluminium Satin finish, and a slightly more pronounced rear diffuser. The bodywork is available in the signature Alpina Blue and Alpina Green II colors, alongside other options from the BMW Individual catalogue. These can be combined with Black Line or Aluminium Satin Line trims, adding black or shiny accents on both the exterior and interior.
The BMW Alpina XB7 Manufaktur comes standard with an extended leather interior, but the highlight is the Lavalina full leather interior option. This requires more than 100 hours of manual labor to cut, split, and stitch 427 individual pieces of leather. The upholstery is available in any desired finish, with custom embossing, or stamping. The company also offers the option of two Alpina weekenders, handmade from matching leather. Finally, there are Manufaktur emblems on the floor mats and a special production plaque on the center console.

Under the hood lies a twin-turbo 4.4-liter V8 engine, producing 612 hp (457 kW / 621 PS) and 800 Nm (590 lb-ft) in the European-market model. The company didn’t mention the specifications of the US version, which makes 630 hp (470 kW / 639 PS) since the facelift.
Power is transmitted to all four wheels via an 8-speed automatic gearbox and BMW’s xDrive system, aided by an electronically variable rear limited-slip differential. Compared to the standard BMW X7, the Alpina XB7 also features sportier settings for the air suspension that automatically lowers at higher speeds, a sharper steering, and a standard high-performance braking system sporting larger perforated brake discs with blue calipers.
Since its debut, Alpina has produced 2,880 units of the XB7, including around 550 units for European markets. According to the official configurator, pricing for the 2025 BMW Alpina XB7 Manufaktur starts from €190,500 ($208,047) in Germany. The first deliveries of the model are expected in March 2025.
