- Zacoe gave the M2 a DTM-style makeover inspired by the legendary E30 M3.
- The sports car now features a widebody kit along with several aero enhancements.
- The powertrain remains unchanged, except for a louder, more aggressive exhaust.
The G87 BMW M2 has become a favorite among tuners, eager to maximize its polarizing design. Zacoe, known for modifying supercars like Ferrari, Lamborghini, and McLaren, has taken on the junior BMW M coupe with a DTM-inspired widebody kit dubbed “Meister.”
The new look is a modern twist on the classic BMW M3 E30 EVO DTM, injecting an added dose of aggression into the latest M2. The standout feature, of course, is the boxy wide fender extensions with integrated vents.

The pronounced fenders are linked by aerodynamic side skirts, amplifying the sporty profile. Zacoe also crafted bumper extensions for a seamless integration with the stock panels. Up front, the M2 sports a new splitter and vented hood, while the rear is dressed with a sleek diffuser, fixed rear wing, and a ducktail spoiler.
Zacoe claims that these upgrades aren’t just cosmetic—the splitter and dual rear wing both enhance downforce and stability. Additionally, the diffuser now features centrally-mounted Fi-Exhaust pipes, replacing BMW M’s quad tailpipes and delivering a more aggressive sound.

The renderings depict the modified M2 with a set of retro aftermarket alloy wheels and a racing livery with the colors of BMW M against a silver body.
Despite the motorsport influences on the exterior, the Taiwan-based tuner didn’t change anything under the hood. The G87 M2 has a twin-turbo 3.0-liter inline-six powertrain, generating 453 hp (338 kW / 460 PS) for pre-2025MY examples, and 473 hp (353 kW / 480 PS) for the later models.
The Meister body kit can be tailored to customer preferences, using fiberglass, carbon fiber, or a combination of both. While Zacoe hasn’t disclosed pricing, the extensive modifications suggest this won’t be a budget-friendly upgrade.
