• The standard RWD continues to sit at the base of the range, while the flagship remains the Performance AWD.
  • The entry-level version of the electric crossover boasts the rest range, rated at 294 miles.
  • Genesis is readying a mid-life facelift for the GV60, which is set to arrive next year.

The Genesis GV60 family has been updated for the 2025 model year in the United States with a slightly higher starting price and a new all-wheel drive variant. Importantly, this is not the facelifted GV60 that’s in the works, as it likely won’t land locally until next year.

As with last year’s model, the 2025 GV60 range starts with the Standard RWD. It’s priced from $53,700, including a $1,350 destination charge, or $350 more expensive than 2024. No updates have been made to it. Of more importance for interested buyers is the launch of a new Standard AWD model, which slots between the Standard RWD and the Advanced AWD.

This new model has been priced from $57,200 with destination and has all the same basic equipment as the base model, albeit the single electric motor with 225 hp and 258 lb-ft (350 Nm) has been replaced with a pair of motors delivering 314 hp and 446 lb-ft (605 Nm). Both models have 19-inch wheels as standard and whereas the Standard RWD can get up to 294 miles (473 km) on a charge, the Standard AWD is capped at 264 miles (425 km).

Key interior features of the Standard RWD and Standard AWD models include leatherette seats with heated functions in the front row, Smart Cruise Control, Intelligent Speed Limit Assist, Highway Driving Assist 2, dual-zone climate control, an electrochromic rearview mirror, aluminum door sill plates, fingerprint authentication, and Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.

Sitting above these two models in the GV60 range are the Advanced AWD and the Performance AWD, priced from $62,250 and $71,250, respectively, both up $350 from last year. The Advanced AWD has the same 314 hp powertrain but is more well-equipped, shipping with heated and ventilated leather seats, a heated steering wheel, a surround view monitor, Remote Smart Parking Assist, vehicle-to-load charging, and a Bang & Olufsen premium audio system. It has a range of 248 miles (399 km).

Powering the flagship GV60 Performance AWD are two motors with a combined output of 429 hp and 516 lb-ft (700 Nm) of torque. The range of this flagship variant sits at 235 miles (378 km).
