- Leapmotor teased a new model that will join the T03 urban EV and C10 SUV in Europe.
- The B10 is described as a compact SUV and will make its world premieres in Paris.
- It is expected to be fully electric, offering competitive pricing in the European market.
Leapmotor, the Stellantis-backed automaker from China, has quickly made its entrance into the European market with two electric vehicles, and it hasn’t taken long to announce a third model. The Leapmotor B10 is positioned as a compact SUV and has already appeared in official teasers ahead of its global debut at the Paris Auto Show.
Unlike the T03 small hatchback and the C10 midsize SUV, which were available in China prior to their European debuts, the B10 is a completely new model. This compact SUV will enter a competitive field packed with options like the Kia EV3 and the Hyundai Kona Electric.

Stellantis said that the B10 will be the first global model to ride on Leapmotor’s new “B platform”, with the mission of bringing “advanced technology to an even broader audience”. While specific details on the powertrain remain undisclosed, it’s expected that the B10 will be fully electric. Leapmotor currently offers both battery electric vehicle (BEV) and extended-range electric vehicle (EREV) options for most of its models in China, suggesting similar offerings could be available for this new SUV.
Teasers for the B10 showcase a camouflaged prototype powersliding through the desert, revealing a rather generic SUV silhouette. While the flush door handles, split headlights, and full-width LED bars attempt to add a touch of modernity, the rear design comes off as a reheated version of a Porsche Cayenne.
In terms of size, the B10 will be more compact than the 4,740 mm (186.6 inches) long Leapmotor C10, likely measuring around 4,500 mm (177 inches). This positions the model between Stellantis’ own Peugeot E-2008 and E-3008 SUVs, likely with a more competitive pricing strategy.
Plans for expansion in Europe
Currently, Leapmotor’s lineup in China includes the T03 urban EV, the C01 sedan, and various SUVs including the C10, C11, and C16. In Europe, the company offers the T03 and C10, with plans to introduce a new model each year for the next three years, starting with the B10.
According to Car News China, the Leapmotor B10 is expected to be priced around ¥100,000-150,000 ($14,500-21,500) in its home market. Based on its positioning, it’s reasonable to expect the European pricing for the B10 to fall between the €18,900 ($21,000) price of the smaller T03 and the €36,400 ($40,500) of the larger C10.
