Dramatic footage shared to social media has captured the moment several cars collided on a highway in Tustin, California. The incident serves as a reminder of just how dangerous driving can be and the importance of always remaining vigilant while behind the wheel.
At the start of the video, two friends film themselves pulling up to the scene of the crash on the highway. Visible is a badly damaged Ford Mustang that has spun around and is facing the wrong direction while a white SUV it appeared to hit is also resting on the road. As the two friends rush to the scene, a pair of completely oblivious motorists slam into the wrecked Mustang at highway speed.

Immediately after this impact, the witnesses rush to the white SUV and help pull the owner’s dog from the car. Writing on Instagram after the crash, Riley Abels said the dog was riding in the front seat with its leash on, but the force of the crash threw it into the rear and snapped the leash. It was rescued from the car, seemingly without any major injuries.
The clip then cuts to another viewpoint of the same scene, showing the crash once again. Before long, police arrived and can be seen using one of their cruisers to push the Mustang out of the center of the highway. Numerous police cars, ambulances, and fire trucks also responded to the multi-car collision.
The craziness doesn’t stop there, however, as after much of the scene was cleared, a black Hummer can be seen speeding through the site of the crash, seemingly hitting several pieces of wreckage that hadn’t been removed from the road.
Fortunately, no one was injured in the crash. However, at least four cars were wrecked in the multiple collisions.
