Auto show season isn’t what it used to be, but the SEMA Show returns next month and Ram is helping to kick off the festivities. As part of this effort, they’ve released the first teaser image of a “beastly full-size concept.”
The company isn’t saying much at this point, but suggested the model is part workhorse and part warrior. The brand added that “obstacles on the job site or the trail are no match” for this truck.

Despite playing coy, the Moparized model is clearly based on the facelifted Ram Heavy Duty pickup. In fact, given the presence of a winch, we wouldn’t be surprised if the concept is based on the Ram 2500 Power Wagon.
While that remains to be seen, the teaser image reveals the truck has a ventilated hood with a topographic map accent. We can also see orange tow hooks, a desert-inspired paint job, and “2500 Heavy Duty” badging.
2025 Ram HD Lineup
Ram released the first pictures of the facelifted HD lineup last month, but has been coy on specifics. However, Ram CEO Chris Feuell has previously confirmed the trucks will incorporate the latest technology from the 1500. This means there could be an improved 12-inch infotainment system, a newly available 14.5-inch display, and even a 10.25-inch front passenger display. They could be joined by Hands-Free Driving Assist and a dual wireless smartphone charger.
The executive also confirmed plans for an “improved” Cummins engine, which would replace the current lineup that consist of a 6.7-liter turbodiesel inline-six that has outputs of 370 hp (276 kW / 375 PS) and 850 lb-ft (1,151 Nm) of torque as well as 420 hp (313 kW / 426 PS) and 1,075 lb-ft (1,456 Nm) of torque.
