• Ram is looking to make a splash at SEMA with a new 2500 Power Wagon concept, which is based on the facelifted truck that was previewed last month.
  • The brand will also show a 1500 RHO decked out in Mopar accessories.
  • They’ll be joined by a new e-bike as well as a color matching Ram 1500 Rev and a Dodge Charger Daytona SRT Banshee concept.

Ram previewed their facelifted Heavy Duty lineup last month and now we’re getting a better look at the new 2500 Power Wagon as the brand will introduce a rugged concept at the SEMA Show. It’s being billed as a Hemi-powered workhorse that isn’t afraid to play.

That’s clear from one look as the truck has a two-tone paint job with a topographical map motif. They’re joined by Header Orange accents and black 20-inch wheels that are wrapped in 35-inch Goodyear tires.

Besides the familiar Warn winch, the Power Wagon has a sport hood and an aluminum roof rack that is decked out in auxiliary lights. They’re joined by tubular side steps and a Leitner bed rack that holds “GearPODS.” Rounding out the highlights are a spray-in bedliner, a bed step, and a drop-in bed slide system.

The upgrades continue inside with two-tone Katzkin leather that is contrasted by suede accents and Copperhead Orange stitching. Designers also installed Header Orange flourishes and an accessory rail that can be used to hold everything from smartphones to GoPro cameras. Other extras include all-weather floor mats, stainless steel pedal covers, and a rear under-seat storage system.

If the 6.4-liter Hemi V8 doesn’t float your boat, there’s a Mopar-ized Ram 1500 RHO. It features a Diamond Black exterior with custom graphics and Mopar Blue accents. The model also has an assortment of Mopar accessories including a sport bar, side steps, and a bed-mounted spare-tire carrier. Other highlights include auxiliary lights, a Mopar exhaust, and 37-inch tires.

Interior changes are more modest, but the team installed custom seats featuring black Nappa leather and Mopar Blue accents. There are also suede bolsters as well as an accessory rail.

Like the standard model, the truck has a twin-turbo 3.0-liter straight-six that produces 540 hp (403 kW / 548 PS) and 521 lb-ft (706 Nm) of torque. It enables the TRX successor to accelerate from 0-60 mph (0-96 km/h) in 4.6 seconds, before topping out at 118 mph (190 km/h).

Rounding out the SEMA odds and ends are the “Power-Couple,” which are matching versions of the Ram 1500 Rev and Dodge Charger Daytona SRT Banshee concept. Stellantis will also show a new e-bike with “heritage-infused styling inspired by the Dodge Brothers.”
