Car shoppers are spoiled for choice when it comes to capable off-roaders. The usual suspects, like the Jeep Wrangler and Ford Bronco, are always in the mix, catering to weekend warriors and armchair adventurers alike. Then there’s the rest of the rugged lineup, with everything from the Subaru Crosstrek Wilderness to the fully-loaded Land Rover Defender 130 on offer. In short, if you want a rough-and-ready machine, the industry’s practically falling over itself to sell you one.
However, if none of those off-the-shelf options do it for you, this crazy trophy truck may tick all of your boxes. This insane off-roader was built in 2014 and is up for sale on eBay. It costs an eye-watering $375,000 and while that’s a huge amount of money for most people, we suspect there are plenty of millionaires and billionaires that could justify spending this much on something that cannot be driven on the road.

The truck is built around a bespoke tig-welded steel chassis and is perfectly equipped for races like the Baja 1000. Power comes from a 454 cubic-inch (7.4-liter) V8 churning out 900 hp that’s coupled to a racing transmission. The eBay seller claims that more than $1 million has been spent on the car.
As is typical of trophy trucks like this, it’s equipped with body panels that can be easily removed and replaced. In fact, it is being sold with two different bodies, one with Ashcraft Racing branding and the other used by Honda Racing. Beefy Fox shocks are found at all four corners, and the truck sits on a set of massive 39-inch off-road tires. The rear is even large enough to support two full-sized spares and a large trolley jack.
The listing doesn’t mention how many races the car has competed in nor how many racing miles it’s covered. Nevertheless, it’s said to have been recently rebuilt and should be able to handle even the most ridiculous off-road challenges.
If you’re feeling particularly flush and think this animal belongs in your garage, you can check out the listing on eBay and throw your hat in the ring.
