Owning a single Bugatti is enough to launch anyone into the upper tier of flex culture—but owning four? That’s billionaire-level Pokémon collecting. Yet, one Indian entrepreneur has pulled it off, amassing the complete set of Bugatti’s World Record Edition models and storing them in what is undoubtedly a palatial garage. After all, if you’re not leaving the valet at your favorite hotel scrambling to figure out where to park a W16 Mistral, are you even doing it right?

Bugatti, in typical secretive-but-smug fashion, hasn’t revealed the name of this über-wealthy collector. They did, however, drop a subtle hint that these mechanical unicorns belong to something called “The Singh Collection.” This strongly suggests the owner is Reuben Singh, a businessman with a penchant for obscenely expensive cars and a fleet of Rolls-Royces large enough to color-match his daily wardrobe.
A Garage Fit for Legends
In addition to the World Record Editions, Singh’s collection reportedly includes a Bugatti Divo, a Ferrari Monza SP2 and Daytona SP3, an Aston Martin Valkyrie, and, of course, those aforementioned color-coordinated Rolls-Royces. Not content with merely owning these icons, Singh recently sent his quartet of World Record Editions to the Ehra-Lessien track in Germany for a special photoshoot.
The World Record Editions were recently brought together for a special photoshoot at the Ehra-Lessien track in Germany, a facility also used by Bugatti for high-speed testing. This exclusive lineup includes the Veyron 16.4 Super Sport, the Veyron 16.4 Grand Sport Vitesse, the Chiron Super Sport 300+, and the W16 Mistral. Each of these cars set a speed record, cementing their place as significant milestones in Bugatti’s history.
The hypercars feature similar liveries with orange accents on their carbon fiber bodywork. Each car is equipped with the quad-turbo 8.0-liter W16 powertrain and features performance, aero, and chassis modifications designed for maximum speed. Below, you’ll find the number of units produced for each special edition, alongside its top speed and the driver who achieved it.
The Record-Breaking Quartet
While the World Record Edition models based on the Veyron and Chiron were produced in limited numbers, the W16 Mistral is a one-of-one, making it exceptionally rare. In a recent interview, Bugatti Rimac CEO Mate Rimac revealed that the owner inquired whether the company could apply the World Record Edition treatment to the roadster, making it the fastest open-top model in the world.
According to Bugatti, the W16 Mistral “required very little modification” to achieve its 453.91 km/h (282.05 mph) top speed. Engineers masked the panel gaps for optimized airflow, adjusted the suspension for reduced air resistance, and removed the speed limiter.
A $15 Million Masterpiece
These “minimal fine-tuning optimizations,” along with the unique exterior and interior specifications, have driven the price of the W16 Mistral World Record Edition to €14 million ($14.7 million)—nearly triple the starting price of the $5-million hypercar. Still, this is only a fraction of the total cost of the collection, which showcases “the aspirational achievements of the community” from Punjab, India.
And while most of us will never come close to sitting in a Bugatti—let alone owning four—we can at least marvel from afar. Or roll our eyes. Or both.
