- The Japanese tuner’s Crown Sport is bathed in blue and has several black accents.
- A dark green paint scheme makes the Tom’s GR Yaris stand out.
- It’s unclear whether the parts will be available outside Japan.
The annual Tokyo Auto Salon always attracts a wide array of eye-catching creations, and ahead of this year’s event, which kicks off on the weekend, TOM’s Racing has previewed three of the vehicles it’s bringing to it. Perhaps the most striking is an eye-catching Toyota Crown Sport, complete with a series of aggressive details that make it look a little less like a Ferrari Purosangue than the stock car.
The standout of TOM’s Crown Sport is the paint. It’s now adorned in a shade of baby blue that’s been contrasted with a series of high-gloss black accents. The black parts include the front splitter and grille, fenders, wing mirrors, pillars, roof, and door handles. Only a single photo has been released, meaning the full scope of the modifications made to the rear end is unclear. One detail we can see is a large wing stretching out from the roof.

Rounding out the upgrades made by TOM’s Racing are bold new side skirts, graphics running along the doors, and a set of distinctive wheels with black and silver spokes. There’s a good chance some of these parts will be offered to the public by the firm, but we’d be surprised if they were available anywhere other than Japan.
A special Toyota GR Yaris has also been prepped for the show. It rocks a matte shade of green that’s quite different than any of the colors offered for the feisty hot hatch from the factory. We think the color suits the GR perfectly as it helps to accentuate some of the bold curves and lines, particularly the fat rear wheel arches. TOM’s has also added a new front splitter, side skirt extensions, black five-spoke wheels, and a large wing.
The tuner has also worked on the Toyota Land Cruiser 250. Key upgrades include a new front spoiler and a set of silver wheels. Special graphics have also been designed and while no interior shots have been released, TOM’s Racing says its been trimmed in new high-grade white leather.
