The first thing we think about when we say 2015 Dodge Charger Hellcat is its 707 hp output and the fact that it has scary-quick performance in a way numbers don’t do it justice. It also has a hidden talent, though, in that it can literally burn holes in the tarmac if you do along enough stationary burnout.
It’s also surprisingly easy to make it pull a crazy and spectacular looking rear tire smoke fest – it requires little concentration and according to KBB it’s easier to do it than in any other car.
The Charger Hellcat is not a perfect car, but it is inherently cool due to its collection of numbers, mean yet still understated exterior and thorough usability as an everyday sedan.
It’s a car we’ll be talking about even after production stops – this has (far) future classic written all over it, I think.
