India’s automotive scene is bursting with ideas these days, with many independent shops getting creative with all sorts of cars.
The Muscle Coupe you see here comes from the maker of models like the Chevrolet Optra-based replica of the 1967 Ford Mustang Eleanor and the Tata Safari-based clone of the Range Rover Evoque, Big Daddy Customs.
It’s a shortened, two-door interpretation of the Indian market 2008 Skoda Octavia 1.9 TDi (the first generation, we assume, as it was produced locally until 2010) with an elongated front door, and a very Focus-y snout.
I think one way to describe it is that it looks like an unfinished test mule of an Italdesign or Bertone studio-wannabe project, but feel free to give your own narrative in the comments.
