It’s far too early for Volvo to be talking about a Polestar edition of the just announced 2015 XC90, but these restraints don’t apply to Photoshop manipulators.
Less than 24 hours after the new XC90’s reveal, X-Tomi gave it a quick go with some minor rendering enhancements to bring out the sportier side of the luxury SUV.
The mini-transformation includes the full body paint in Polestar’s traditional blue color with black door mirrors and roof, along with a set of alloy wheels and (digitally) lowered suspension for a more aggressive stance. We think it works well visually.
If Volvo ever gives the green light for such a model, the Polestar edition of the XC90 could come with some powertrain upgrades as well.
