Cadillac may be synonymous with Motown, but it appears to be looking to New York City to broaden its appeal.
Reuters reported last week Cadillac might be looking to expand its presence in Manhattan, indicating more of its marketing efforts could move there.
“As Cadillac grows, it’s possible we could look to add to our team or expand,” Cadillac spokesman David Caldwell told the news agency. “But as of now, no changes.”
If the move happens, it would be one of the first big changes under Cadillac’s new leader, Johan de Nysschen, formerly of Infiniti, and one of the biggest attempts to reverse Cadillac’s sales slide as the luxury market grows.
