Two men were in court charged with stealing part of the Porsche Carrera GT Paul Walker was riding in when he died back in November.

According to the Los Angeles Times, 18-year-old Jameson Brooks Witty and 26-year-old Anthony Edwards Janow pleaded no contest to charges they stole a roof panel from the Carrera GT driven by Roger Rodas. The two men face misdemeanor charges of destroying evidence and resisting or delaying a police officer.

Witty and Janow could get 180 days in jail for the crime when they are sentenced this week and in October, respectively.

Walker was riding in the passenger seat next to Rodas when the Porsche struck a light pole and burst into flames on November 30 in Santa Clarita, Calif. at speeds of more than 90 mph. Walker died as a result of injuries sustained from the crash.
