To broaden its appeal in the luxury sector it’s currently operating in, Tesla could create a two-door variant of its Model S sedan. While such a car has not been officially confirmed (or ever mentioned?), it would probably be easier for them to make than either the Model X crossover or the planned BMW 3-Series-sized model that’s set to come.

Actually, they could even make it a sportier all-round proposition and justify this through the more performance-oriented body style if some comfort is lost in the process.

X-Tomi created a very believable interpretation of what a two-door Tesla sporting the current design would look like. He didn’t go to extreme lengths to make it seem different to the regular model – it’s just a Model S with two less doors that looks lower and has a more aggressive front bumper.

The thing is that it (subjectively) looks really sleek and sexy, with particular emphasis on the new bumper and more aggressive wheels and brakes that really give it a much more menacing demeanor – will probably look even better in black.
