It’s far too early for Nissan to be sharing news on a possible Nismo-badged performance version of its new European market Pulsar, as it was only yesterday that we saw the first photos of the car, but it’s a different story with Photoshop manipulators.

The guys over at Road Mag had digital specialist Wild Speed stitch up a virtual Nismo costume for the Japanese compact hatch, with inspiration evidently coming from the just announced 2015 Nissan 370Z Nismo – they even share the same wheels.

We imagine that, if Nissan gave the Pulsar Nismo a green light, it would only make sense that it would use the Juke Nismo RS’ 215hp (218PS) and 280Nm (206 lb-ft) 1.6-liter turbocharged four. For the regular Pulsar, the most powerful unit announced is an 187hp (190PS) version of the 1.6L turbo petrol.
