The great Chuck Norris usually only approves of himself, but he might make an exception for the canny truck driver who caught a couple of woman travelling in a small riverboat by surprise.
The type of truck and the whereabouts of this scene were not disclosed by the author (?) of this clip, but something tells us that the vehicle is one of the many amphibian models offered by Russian truck manufacturer Kamaz (see the attached videos below), with the place being either Mother Russia or a country in Eastern Europe.
