Those cheeky folks over at Mini seem to be getting a head start in kicking off the traditional tomfoolery of the first day of April with the early release of a special edition model named “GoalCooper”, based on the MINI John Cooper Works Paceman and dedicated to Seleção Brasileira, Brazil’s national football (soccer) team.
The three-door Paceman combines the colors of the Brazilian team on the outside with a special football-themed décor inside, which includes astro turf floor and boot mats in Brasileiro Green, a neat miniature table football set mounted on the Center Rail and a retractable goal net.
“The new star of the MINI Team will be officially presented on 1 April 2014. All details regarding transfer fees and contract periods will remain strictly confidential until then,” reads the British firm’s press statement.
