In all honestly, not even the best comedy writers can come up with some of the things we see happening on almost a daily basis on the roads of Russia.
Filmed in the city of Smolensk located some 360 kilometers (220 miles) southwest of Moscow, this dash-cam video shows a man jumping out of his car and running across the street without stopping or paying attention to traffic.
And yes, he is hit and tossed over by an oncoming car, but guess what; he’s not hurt from the accident, instead, the angered man gets up by himself and kicks the vehicle’s bumper…breaking his ankle in the process!
