Sit-down and take-away restaurants like McDonald’s are called “fast food” chains for a few good (and bad, but that’s another story) reasons, one of which has to do with the speedy service. Sometimes, though, people are so impatient that not even fast food restaurants can satisfy their need for a speed-lunch…

In an incident that occurred at a local McDonald’s drive-through in Farmville, North Carolina, on Tuesday, March 14, two drivers were in such a hurry to get their orders in that they didn’t hesitate to overtake each other at the drive-thru lane.

As you can see in the security video footage from McDonald’s that was shared by the WITN news station, the Toyota Tacoma driver was the first to go around a brown sedan, with the latter doing the same shortly after. Words were exchanged between the two and it ended when the Tacoma driver rammed and almost overturned the sedan!

Police have not yet identified the driver of the Tacoma.
