Renault is acting all mysterious with a teaser for a new all-electric concept, which apparently draws its inspiration from Formula One. Details are non-existent, and aside from announcing the unveiling at Renault’s manufacturing plant in Valladolid, Spain, there’s not much else…

Furthermore, since the press release is just so tiny, it would be wise to quote most of it here, so that you can draw your own conclusions, before reading ours. Renault says: “This prototype vehicle, which features muscular styling and impressive performance credentials, provides a bridge between the world of Formula 1 and that of electric vehicles. It’s a concept car that will make a lot of noise…but, in total silence.”

The sole teaser shot they released appears to show an exposed electric motor of some sort, but we can’t really tell where in the car it is placed. Anyway, we have but two days of waiting left to do, as the new concept will be making its debut on April 25.
