You know how it’s almost impossible to get your car stuck in Grand Theft Auto? All you have to do is steer continuously in any direction and the car will eventually head that way, even if it’s upside down.
While this Audi Q5 is by no means in that type of trouble, it does genuinely look stuck, at least at first. Its left rear tire is up in the air and the car is resting on its front spoiler – not ideal traction conditions, to say the least.
Yet, watch as the driver continues to accelerate until the car’s quattro all-wheel drive system grips and sends the compact SUV on its way, in a surprisingly calm and collected manner, at least as far as the eye can see.
Now, if you’re a fan of quattro vs xDrive videos, then for what it’s worth, Audi’s system has to hold the bragging rights – not necessarily based on performance, but simply for the visual of seeing this car drive away from a seemingly impossible situation.
As for what might have happened, the driver must have lost control somehow while driving down that ramp. Besides, the road is very wet and in these types of conditions, it can be difficult to stop in time once the situation has already gotten away from you.
