This is the refreshed Nissan Micra, also known under the March nameplate in some countries, which was officially revealed in Thailand this week and will be rolled out in other markets around the world, including Europe, over the next few months.
The current fourth-generation Micra, now in its third year of production, features a mild cosmetic makeover that introduces a newly designed fascia with revised headlamps, a new grille and bumper assembly, along with a fresh choice of alloy wheels and hubcaps, a new rear bumper and LED-equipped tail lamps.
Interior revisions concern the new center console with square vents and different controls for the air-conditioning system, redone graphics on the instrument panel’s Multi-Information Display and fresh colors and trims.
Nissan made no mention of any mechanical updates.
