As if there were not enough irrational drivers on Russia’s roads, pedestrians and car owners alike now have to keep an eye out for driverless vehicles with a mind of their own.
Captured on camera is a strange incident that took place the other day in the city of Perm, formerly known as Molotov, in the European part of Russia near the Ural Mountains.
In the beginning of the video, we can clearly see a silver-colored Chevrolet Aveo sedan parked on the side of the road, but at around 55 seconds into the clip, the sub-compact saloon starts moving on its own and surprises a pedestrian before it comes to a stop on the side of a Toyota RAV-4, fortunately without hitting anyone.
Perhaps more surprising is the fact that the woman speaking on her cell phone is completely unfazed by the car that’s heading towards her and continues to talk as if nothing really happened…
