After a couple of months of interactive conversations with its Facebook followers, Nissan unveiled a one-off 2013MY 370Z Coupe that utilizes readily available aftermarket parts and accessories, all of which were chosen by fans.
Billed the “Project 370Z“, the coupe received both cosmetic and performance modifications in several phases.
The first stage included the mounting of a bolt-on twin turbocharger kit from Greddy to the 3.7-liter V6 engine, designed to boost power to over 500-horses. Other modifications made to the car during this stage was a Greddy Ti-C catback exhaust, KW coilover suspension and a StopTech Big Brake kit.
During the second phase, Nissan engineers made further changes to the V6 engine, while also inserting a new steering wheel and gear shifter, installed new gauges, re-upholstered the door panels and added in a set of Recaro sport seats.
They also fitted the Japanese sports coupe with a new set of 19-inch wheels from VOLK and dressed the exterior in a matte grey foil wrap.
