Have you been secretly craving for a Ford F-150 Raptor but don’t exactly favor its look-at-me attitude? If so, check out the new 2019 Ford F-150 Limited, because it might do the trick for you.

The new version of the popular pickup truck uses the same engine as the Raptor, meaning a twin-turbo 3.5-liter EcoBoost V6.

The total output produced remains untouched, at 450hp (456PS / 340kW) and 510lb-ft (691Nm) of torque. And the unit is likely paired to the same 10-speed automatic transmission, although Ford doesn’t say anything about it yet.

Satin-finish grille, window trim and door handles, tailgate appliqué, ‘Limited’ lettering, dual exhaust pipes integrated into the rear bumper and 22-inch polished aluminum wheels emphasize its character on the outside.

In the cabin, however, is where the new Ford F-150 Limited truly shines, with luxury features described by the Blue Oval using words such as “craftsmanship”, “quality” and “head-turning design”. Said to be raising the bar for “premium pickup trucks”, the model comes with leather trim, Miko suede headliner, heated and ventilated captain’s chairs with massage functions and heated steering wheel.

Each example includes a laser-etched plaque on the center console armrest, with its serial number, and other equipment present includes the 360-degree camera with split-view display, SYNC 3 infotainment system, with Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, Wi-Fi access, and Harman premium sound system.

The adaptive cruise control with stop-and-go, Pre-Collision Assist with Automatic Emergency Braking, Active Park Assist and Lane-Keeping System are standard, whereas the Pro Trailer Backup Assist is optional.

“The most powerful light-duty pickup in America”, according to Ford, will arrive at dealers later this year.
