SEAT’s New Limited Leon ST Cupra Carbon Edition Is One Hot Wagon

Seat is now taking orders for its latest limited model, the new Leon ST Cupra Carbon Edition. You’ll have to be really quick if you like what you see as apparently less than 50 cars will be available in the UK.

Mechanically, the Leon ST Cupra Carbon Edition remains unchanged, meaning it still uses a turbocharged 2.0-liter TFSI engine with 296hp (300PS). Unlike the normal hatchback Leon Cupra, the wagon version sends its power to all four wheels. A dual-clutch automatic transmission is the only option.

The Carbon Edition brings additional styling features and more kit; in addition to the carbon fiber side blades and rear diffuser, the limited edition Cupra also features bigger Brembo brakes, a set of 19-inch black alloy wheels and Cupra bucket seats. Customers will be offered just a single color option and that’s Monsoon Grey.

The new exclusive edition of the Seat Leon ST Cupra, priced at £35,575, hopes to repeat the success of the special Cupra R model which quickly sold out.
