For the second time this year, our spy shooters have caught up with a prototype of the facelifted Kia Sorento crossover, which will likely be badged as a 2014 model in North America and a 2013 model in Europe and other parts of the world.
Interestingly, this latest prototype features more styling changes than the previous model we scooped.
More specifically, aside from the new front fascia with redesigned headlamps sporting BMW-like “eyebrow” accents on top and the tweaked grille, we see that the front bumper is also new and features upright fog lamps.
Furthermore, these photos afford us our first glimpse of the Sorento’s completely new tail lamps, while the rear bumper also appears to have been restyled.
A few more things to expect from the 2014 Sorento is a tidy-up of the interior and possibly some revisions to the chassis to improve handling.
