Aside from their restyled Kadjar and the EZ-Pro Concept, we believe Renault will be bringing another all-new concept car to the Paris Auto Show, this October.

The vehicle, which looks more like a design study rather than something that could actually take to the streets any time soon, was spotted in Warsaw, Poland, and according to Autogaleria, it was being filmed and photographed next to one of the city’s most modern buildings.

What’s interesting is that the vehicle is said to have been able to move around, despite the large wheel covers. This type of wheel arch design is nothing new for Renault. In fact, it’s similar to the EZ-Pro, the EZ-GO Shared Mobility Concept and even the Subtil Study from 2017.

The overall design however reminds us a little of the gorgeous all-electric Trezor, which won ‘Most Beautiful Concept Car of the Year’ during last year’s Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este.

Unlike the Trezor, this particular concept appears to be more massive and thus more practical. We imagine its focus would be to transport passengers from A to B in a fully autonomous and electrified manner. It’s also interesting to picture this being a design language Renault fancies moving forward.

It’s definitely futuristic enough, and in a world where you no longer need to drive or park the car yourself, we see no reason why these types of long-wheelbase vehicles shouldn’t exist – they maximize cabin space, meaning you can lounge around, work, sleep or do just about anything you couldn’t do back when you had to keep your eyes on the road.

Odds are, we’ll see Renault unveil this mystery concept either right before or during this year’s Paris Auto Show, in less than two months time.
