Except for the optional extras available straight from Mercedes’ luxury division, the Mercedes-Maybach S-Class really doesn’t need anything else.
That’s our opinion on the matter, at least, and we think most of you will agree. But there are always those who will go above and beyond to make their rides stand out.
The owner of this particular example, for instance, wanted something more unique for their ride, which is basically the brand’s ultimate expression of luxury on wheels. Thus, he turned to California’s Stealth Motorworks, who created a two-tone paint scheme described as being both “creative and intriguing”, with grey details over a black base.

Now, they may not be visible at first, but as mentioned in the title, this Mercedes-Maybach S600 has new rims. They’re part of Forgiato’s Fratello series, measure 24 inches in diameter, have a brushed look and fill those wheel arches quite nicely. Whether they look good, though, is another issue altogether.
The rest of the car remains stock, which means that it’s still powered by a twin-turbo 6.0-liter V12 engine that churns out 520 PS (523 hp / 390 kW) and 830 Nm (612 lb-ft) of torque.
Of course, this isn’t the first Maybach fitted with Forgiato rims. As you can see in the following gallery, it was already in business since Maybach was a standalone sub-brand, before being killed off and subsequently resurrected, in a new role, by Daimler.
