The Czech sibling of the Volkswagen Up! city car, the Skoda Citigo, will go on sale across Britain on 1 June, 2012, with prices starting from £7,630 for three door and £7,980 for five door model.

Both bodystyles measure 3,563mm long and offer a boot capacity of 251 litres, which rises to 951 litres when the rear seats are folded down in the three-door model and 959 litres in the five-door version.

Motivation is provided by a single 1.0-liter three-cylinder petrol engine available with either 59bhp (60PS) or 74bhp (75PS), with CO2 emissions ranging from 96 to 105g/km, while fuel economy is as high as 68.9mpg UK.

There are three trim grades starting from the entry level S, which includes height adjustable steering wheel, power steering, daytime driving lights, a CD player with aux input and 14-inch steel wheels.

The mid-level SE trim adds electric front windows, body coloured door mirrors and handles, ESP, remote central locking and air-conditioning as standard.

The lineup is completed with the Elegance that offers electrically adjustable and heated door mirrors, 14-inch alloy wheels, heated front seats, leather steering wheel, front fog lamps and a portable infotainment device (PID.
