Built as the last iteration of the previous-gen Vantage, the Aston Martin V12 Vantage V600 brings together the best parts of the British sports car and dresses them in a unique carbon fiber bodywork.

The new ‘Triple-V’ is powered by Aston’s naturally aspirated 6.0-liter V12 engine, kicking out 592hp (600PS) and paired to a seven-speed manual transmission.

The bodywork is new and bespoke to the V600, featuring a redesigned side strake, a new bonnet complete with a bulge in the middle, and a bespoke front grille with a wavy pattern. The rear diffuser is also unique, as are the center-lock forged wheels.

The V600 does away with the racecar-vibe of the Vantage GT12, focusing instead on improving the already great design with wider fenders and deeper side sills. This car doesn’t need a huge fixed rear wing and a sharp front spoiler to make a statement.

And it’s so rare that will fill the romantics with despair; Aston Martin made just 14 examples of the V12 Vantage V600, 7 coupes and 7 convertibles.

If this is the last naturally aspirated V12 manual sports car, then the analogue sports car goes out with a bang. Carfection’s Henry Catchpole reviews the V12 Vantage V600 on the video that follows.
