This Pristine 2002 BMW 530i E39 Has Only 11k Miles, Too Bad It’s An Auto

Of all the BMW 5-Series generations built over the decades, it is perhaps the E39 which has the most timeless design.

Sold from 1995 until 2003, the fourth-generation BMW 5-Series has the perfect mix of elegance, sophistication, and head-turning beauty, combined with an added splash of aggression fitting of the more performance-focused 5-Series variants.

Finding an E39 5-Series in good condition nowadays isn’t very easy but this particular example, currently for sale in Oklahoma City, could be enough to trigger the interest of some prospective BMW buyers.

The model in question is a 2002 530iA and is powered by a smooth 3.0-liter six-cylinder engine. The M5 might be the most desirable model in the E39 family, but to everyone other than eagle-eyed car fanatics, the 530iA looks just as impressive as its bigger and more powerful sibling. It’s also a lot cheaper.

The seller of this 530iA says it has a mere 11,401 miles (18,348 km) under its belt, an exceptionally low figure for a vehicle perfectly suited for cross-country road trips. The listing also says that the 5-Series has never been driven in snow, has been well maintained, comes with new tires, and hasn’t been in any accidents.

The car is also adorned in perhaps the most desirable of all E39 finishes; black on black. Not only does the black exterior paint have the same shimmer as it did when new but the black leather interior also appears to be in excellent condition. A set of silver wheel complete the look.

At the time of writing, the current auction offer on eBay was $15,100.
