While OnePlus is gearing up to unveil a special edition smartphone built in collaboration with McLaren, images of the gadget have leaked online ahead of tomorrow’s official presentation.

The pictures were shared on Twitter by Ishan Agarwal, who claims that the full name of the phone is the OnePlus 6T McLaren Edition Speed Orange, and that it’s even more of a “flagship killer” than the regular 6T, which already packs a monster 8 GB of RAM.

So if you thought that was bonkers, take a look at these specs for the McLaren Edition model: 10 GB of RAM, 256 GB Storage and something called ‘Warp Charge’, providing you with “a day’s power” in just 20 minutes!

Subtle Papaya Orange hints

McLaren Racing’s famous Papaya Orange livery isn’t quite as present on this special edition OnePlus 6T as it was previously thought. In fact, there are only hints of it on the back, which mostly features a black carbon aesthetic. However, the McLaren logo is quite visible on the bottom of the back cover, which fans of the British carmaker will surely appreciate.

Aside from the previously mentioned features, the OnePlus 6T McLaren Edition Speed Orange will come with the same specs as the regular 6T, meaning Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 845 chip, an octa-core CPU, the Adreno 630 GPU, a 16 MP / 20 MP dual-camera at the rear and a 16 MP wide-angle camera for selfies, plus the gadget’s already famous under-display fingerprint scanner.
