Modellista has shown off its array of aftermarket parts for the Lexus UX SUV prior to the Tokyo Auto Salon 2019 running from January 11th to 13th.
If you’ve seen Modellista’s work in the past, you’ll know that it rarely holds back when it comes to creating aftermarket parts for vehicles from the Toyota family. Much the same can be said for the company’s range of UX parts. However, the components are certainly more restrained than some of those we’ve seen in the past.
Modellista’s range of parts for the Lexus UX F-Sport start at the front with a new bumper add-on that heightens the SUV’s aggressiveness while also making it a little lower to the ground.
It is a similar story at the sides where distinctive skirts have been installed to give the SUV a true Japanese tuner vibe. The final significant alteration made to the UX’s exterior is a new rear bumper with faux air vents and elements that stick out of either side
The final two parts offered by Modellista for the UX is a small piece of trim that sits above the front grille and a silver accent panel on the C-pillars.
Customers have the option of purchasing the parts in their raw finish or can have them painted. Pricing for the painted front spoiler sits at 70,200 yen ($636) while the side skirt will set customers back 93,960 yen ($851). Elsewhere, the rear bumper costs 81,000 yen ($734), the hood accent is 37,800 yen ($342) and the C-pillar accent costs 27,000 yen ($244).
Non-F Sport models can be equipped with a Modellista front headlight garnish, door garnish, and taillight garnish.
In all likelihood, Modellista will only sell its Lexus UX parts in Japan.
